Guy Tritton – Chairman

Guy is a barrister specialising in intellectual property and IT, as well as franchising, competition law and commercial disputes. Guy specialises in cases involving all forms of intellectual property. He has appeared at the Trade Mark and Patent Office, as well as at the High Court, the Court of Appeal,the European Patent Office and the European Court of Justice. He is the author of the highly regarded “Intellectual Property in Europe”, now in its third edition. Guy also has a degree in Natural Science (physics, computing and mathematics) from Durham University.

Daniel Rogoff – Managing Director

Daniel was the first sales person with what is now PayPoint plc and played a key role during the research, start-up and formative years. It is now a FTSE Mid-250 company. He and his colleagues replicated this success with PayShop S.L., where he was a founder. PayShop was acquired by the Portuguese Post Office. Daniel also founded Basic Instinct, a successful consultancy business specialising in sales and marketing. Its clients included the Post Office, EDP, Telexus and many other major UK and continental European companies.

Andrew Delamare – Founder

Andrew has been developing high-specification electrical and communications networks for the past 12 years. He has extensive experience of building large-scale systems that manage data and add value for large-scale clients and private individuals. Andrew has extensive personal knowledge of electronics and system behaviours and has worked for numerous FTSE100 businesses providing detailed communications knowledge. Previously he has worked as the head of architecture for Alcatel Lucent . Andrew is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the Telemanagement Forum (TMF).

James Gardiner – Marketing Director

James has over 20 years’ experience in marketing communications and product development within the IT and telecommunications industries. He oversaw the marketing and PR functions during Demon Internet's rapid growth in revenues raising awareness of the Internet in corporate and consumer markets. As the director of communications at Redbus Investments, he was involved in building and growing start-ups including Redbus Interhouse plc’s colocation centres across Europe. Most recently he has been responsible for channel marketing at Resilient Networks plc, promoting their voice continuity services through BT’s numerous channels to organisations including Barclays Wealth, HSBC and the Ministry of Defence. James studied computer science at university in South Africa before moving to the United Kingdom.

Alan Masterman – Operations Director

Alan started his Career in Operations and Supply Chain with ICL at their world class manufacturing facility in Ashton-under-lyne. This led to senior operational roles at Director level in several successful Technology start ups MOD-TAP (Molex premise networks), Dataflex and Amino communications. His role have specialised in setting up manufacturing and complex supply chains in China, Malaysia, and eastern Europe. During this period he has lived with his family in Hong Kong and Shanghai for over three years. Alan Set up and established a Sales, Engineering design and Supply Chain office in shanghai as the general manager covering the Asia region for Amino Communications.
