David Bailey – Chairman

David was a stock broker with Phillips and Drew for 18 years.  Since 1988, he has been a non-executive director with a history of private and public companies including DataCash, Appleyard Group, Finsbury Asset Management and various private companies.

Daniel Rogoff – Managing Director

Daniel was a founder member of PayPoint plc and played a key role during the research, start-up and formative years and later.  He later founded Basic Instinct, a successful consultancy business specialising with clients including the Post Office, EDP, Telexus and many other major UK and continental European companies.

Stuart Darling FCA – Finance Director

Stuart has six years’ experience as an executive director of a public company (AIM) and eleven years’ experience as CFO of private angel and VC backed businesses.  As CFO of Amino Technologies plc, he helped transform the business from a technology start-up into an acknowledged market leading set-top box hardware and software business.

Andrew Delamare – Founder

Andrew has been developing high-specification electrical and communications networks for the past 12 years.  Previously he worked as the head of architecture for Alcatel Lucent, and is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the Telemanagement Forum (TMF).

James Gardiner – Marketing Director

James oversaw the marketing and PR functions during Demon Internet's rapid growth in revenues raising awareness of the Internet in corporate and consumer markets. As the director of communications at Redbus Investments, he was involved in building and growing start-ups including Redbus Interhouse plc’s colocation centres across Europe.

Alan Masterman – Operations Director

Alan has held senior director level roles in several successful Technology start-ups and set up and established a sales, engineering design and supply chain office in Shanghai as the general manager covering the Asia region for Amino Communications.

Guy Tritton – Advisor and IP Barrister

Guy is a barrister specialising in intellectual property and IT, as well as franchising, competition law and commercial disputes. Guy specialises in cases involving all forms of intellectual property. He has appeared at the Trade Mark and Patent Office, as well as at the High Court, the Court of Appeal,the European Patent Office and the European Court of Justice. He is the author of the highly regarded “Intellectual Property in Europe”, now in its third edition.
