David Bailey – Chairman
David was a stock broker with Phillips and Drew for 18 years. Since 1988, he has been a non-executive director with a history of private and public companies including DataCash, Appleyard Group, Finsbury Asset Management and various private companies.
Darrell Frost – Managing Director
Darrell is an IT veteran, having held executive positions with a number of Tech and Security business leading strategy and marketing functions, including ICL (Fujitsu Services), HP, Avid Technology, Integralis (NTT Security) and Accumuli plc. His technical and market insight plus strategic guidance brings focus and execution to Power Ethernet’s leadership team.
Andrew Delamare – Founder and Director of Technology
Andrew has been developing high-specification electrical and communications networks for the past 12 years. Previously he worked as the head of architecture for Alcatel Lucent, and is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the Telemanagement Forum (TMF).
James Gardiner – Product Strategy Director
James oversaw the marketing and PR functions during Demon Internet's rapid growth in revenues raising awareness of the Internet in corporate and consumer markets. As the director of communications at Redbus Investments, he was involved in building and growing start-ups including Redbus Interhouse plc’s colocation centres across Europe.
Jonathan Bradbury – Sales Director
Jonathan (or JB) has been involved with Power Ethernet for several years. JB is passionate about translating technology into business value for end user customers. He has over 25 years commercial experience in sales and management including positions with Software and Security businesses such as Sterling Commerce (now part of IBM) and Assa Abloy.
Guy Tritton – Advisor and IP Barrister
Guy is a barrister specialising in intellectual property and IT, as well as franchising, competition law and commercial disputes. Guy specialises in cases involving all forms of intellectual property. He has appeared at the Trade Mark and Patent Office, as well as at the High Court, the Court of Appeal, the European Patent Office and the European Court of Justice. He is the author of the highly regarded “Intellectual Property in Europe”, now in its third edition.
